West Shore Home in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Phoenix branch. You will work onsite to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This fast-paced role emphasizes communication, problem-solving, and relationship building; Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm. Compensation is $23–$25/hour with paid training and comprehensive benefits.

• Escalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate.
