Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answering phones in a timely and efficient manner.
• Processing customer orders via fax, EDI and phone.
• Responsible for the entry of all standing orders and special pricing agreements for a designated region.
• Supporting the field reps with day to day inquiries and placing their orders.
