Charm Sciences, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative I to process orders and support customers. You will liaise with sales, shipping, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Main duties include handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and updating records. This role requires onsite availability from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional overtime as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Onsite work hours M-F 8:30am-5:30pm with overtime as needed; 100% onsite.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and track status and shipments.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and sales representatives via email, phone, and chat.
• Provide quotations, pricing information, and product documentation.
• Prepare export documentation and coordinate shipping and customs with providers.
• Maintain customer accounts and update contact information.
• Monitor order activity and generate related reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, Production, and Quality to resolve issues.
• Support special projects and departmental objectives.
