Job summary

Schneider National in Midland, TX, seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer. The coordinator will serve as an advisor, resolve complex problems, and build a solid working relationship with the account.

Responsibilities include developing knowledge of the customer's supply chain, providing process and technology training, coordinating daily work, attending weekly reviews, leading the team in issue resolution,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge of the customer’s supply chain.
• Provide process and technology training to enable the needed support and coverage.
• Establish and communicate the daily distribution of work to the team.
• Attend weekly business reviews to discuss new offerings for the account.
• Act as the team lead for problem resolution.
• Analyze service issues and trends to determine the root causes and communicate recommendations to the team.
• Identify opportunities that would lead to improved performance for the account.
• Work through any border crossing issues that arise.
