Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Senior Business Implementation Coordinator in Green Bay to serve as the primary internal point of contact during onboarding. You will work with customers and Schneider teams to implement new business and complete all start-up tasks.

The role requires coordinating start-up plans, liaising across departments, and ensuring a smooth transition through 90 days. A strong customer-service mindset and data analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with analytical data from various sources.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up project plans for multiple accounts at a time.
• Act as a liaison between Schneider support departments, sales and the customer.
• Serve as a resource for all parties during start-up through day 90 of the business.
• Understand quote-to-cash and SOE processes and requirements for all start-up activities.
• Keep documentation of all notes within the SOE pertaining to start-ups through 90-day business reviews.
• Facilitate start-up meetings based on scope, size and complexity of the new business.
• Communicate with customers regarding Schneider procedures and transition timelines.
• Partner with internal departments to identify potential issues with new business and outline action plans.
