Meduit seeks a Customer Service Representative in Waco, TX onsite to support customers with account questions, payments, and issue resolution. You will handle calls, document interactions, and follow workflows in a fast-paced environment, while providing clear explanations of balances and options.

Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour base plus incentive opportunities; benefits include health insurance, retirement, and growth opportunities within a healthcare revenue cycle organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
• Strong computer skills across Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer accounts.
• Explain balances, payments, and options clearly.
• Set up payment arrangements and process transactions by phone.
• Document interactions and follow workflows and compliance.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Assist with financial assistance programs when applicable.
