Meduit | Driving Revenue Cycle Performance seeks a Site Location Manager for our Waco operation. The role leads daily site performance, drives client results, and ensures compliance while building a positive, accountable culture.

You will coach supervisors and frontline staff, monitor KPIs, and partner with senior leaders to execute workforce and process improvements. This onsite role receives a competitive compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or equivalent
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, financial services, or related field
• 3+ years leading supervisors and frontline teams
• Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills
• Ability to analyze operational metrics and drive results
• Experience in performance-driven environments

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations to achieve client, revenue, quality, productivity, and compliance goals.
• Develop and coach supervisors and frontline employees.
• Monitor KPIs and reporting to identify trends and drive business results.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and strategy.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee QA activities and implement corrective actions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Review payroll records and coordinate with internal partners
