Job summary

Meduit is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, NC for onsite duties from 8am–5pm or 11am–8pm ET, Monday–Friday. The role handles inbound/outbound calls about account balances, explains options, and processes payments over the phone.

Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced setting. Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role (call center, retail, office, front desk, administrative, or similar).
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer account balances.
• Provide clear explanations of balances, payments, and options.
• Set up payment arrangements and process transactions over the phone.
• Accurately document interactions while navigating multiple systems.
• Follow workflows, scripts, and compliance requirements.
• Meet performance goals related to productivity and quality.
• Assist customers with available support or financial assistance programs when applicable.
