Job summary

TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. in Norcross, GA, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. After you apply, you will complete AI-driven assessments via Harver as part of the screening process.

This is an on-site role with training and a focus on delivering accurate customer support. During training you will work 9am–6pm for three weeks plus nesting, then shifts to 7am–9pm with Saturdays. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic PC skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues via various forms of correspondence.
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation in required systems.
• Identify root causes and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain and organize backup information to substantiate payments.
• Follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• On calls, explain the value of non-regulated products when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
