Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Peachtree Corners office. You will respond to customer requests, document interactions, and assist with payment postings, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate or equivalent work experience desired.
• Previous call center/customer service experience preferred.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills required.
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various types of correspondence.
• Document updates in all required systems for each work event.
• Identify root cause of issues and determine resolution.
• Maintain and organize back up information to substantiate payment postings.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• On calls, explain value of non-regulated products and services where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
