ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking an organized, customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Associate to support customers with spare parts, service needs, and product-related inquiries while assisting with ordering, purchasing, inventory, and shipping processes. You will learn how products and business operations work while helping customers by phone.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, retail, office, purchasing, inventory, or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort speaking with customers and vendors by phone.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to listen, ask questions, and follow through on requests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts, service, and installation support.
• Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email to gather information, answer questions, and provide updates.
• Assist customers with identifying and ordering replacement parts, ensuring information is entered accurately into the company’s ERP system.
• Prepare purchase orders and contact vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and lead-time information.
• Follow up with vendors and customers to help ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate customer, vendor, purchasing, and inventory information in the company’s systems.
• Research alternative suppliers and assist with vendor communications when needed.
• Assist with receiving incoming deliveries and verifying that orders are complete and undamaged.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring the correct parts and materials are properly packaged and shipped.
