Job summary

ROCS is seeking an organized Order Entry/Support role in Virginia to enter customer purchase orders into QuickBooks, track status, and provide timely updates to the team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to communicate clearly across departments. You will support the Customer Service Supervisor and help keep procurement moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into QuickBooks and ensure all order details are complete.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on timelines, requirements, and order details.
• Monitor order schedules and provide proactive updates on shipping status and issues.
• Troubleshoot order discrepancies and facilitate quick resolutions with internal stakeholders.
• Track order activity and follow up to keep orders moving forward.
• Support procurement process with accurate, timely actions.
