Job summary

Roush is seeking a Service Parts Coordinator to process RFQs and customer orders, manage parts procurement, and ensure timely deliveries with quality. The role relies on PeopleSoft for BOMs, orders, and cost/timing control, and requires proactive communication with internal teams and customers.

The successful candidate will have administrative coordination experience, inventory control knowledge, and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or coordination experience.
• Experience with material inventory control software required.
• Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management operations.
• Must be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment and be self-starter with urgency to support operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive purchase orders from customers and monitor progress of sourced parts.
• Create and update BOMs and production routers in PeopleSoft for service parts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare requests for quote with correct drawings and quality requirements.
• Communicate quotes, orders and procurement status to program manager.
• Track labor/cost variances against budget.
• Coordinate packing, shipping and final crating for orders.
• Create packing lists and commercial invoices; coordinate shipping.
