Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts, service, and installation support.
• Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email to gather information, answer questions, and provide updates.
• Assist customers with identifying and ordering replacement parts, ensuring information is entered accurately into the company’s ERP system.
• Prepare purchase orders and contact vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and lead-time information.
• Follow up with vendors and customers to help ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate customer, vendor, purchasing, and inventory information in the company’s systems.
• Research alternative suppliers and assist with vendor communications when needed.
• Assist with receiving incoming deliveries and verifying that orders are complete and undamaged.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring the correct parts and materials are properly packaged and shipped.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts, service, and installation support.
• Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email to gather information, answer questions, and provide updates.
• Assist customers with identifying and ordering replacement parts, ensuring information is entered accurately into the company’s ERP system.

• Move throughout the warehouse as needed to open boxes, pack and unpack parts, and support receiving and shipping activities.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort speaking with customers and vendors by phone.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to listen, ask questions, and follow through on requests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and consistently follow up on outstanding items.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new products, systems, and processes.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Professional, patient, and solutions-oriented approach to customer interactions.
• Comfortable performing occasional physical tasks, including moving throughout a warehouse, opening boxes, and packing or unpacking parts.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Manassas, VA, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
