Qualifications

• Comfortable with numbers, reviewing information, and detailed documentation.
• Patient, professional, and confident when communicating with diverse clients.
• Coachable and eager to learn through extensive training program.
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow professionally.
• Ability to work independently and in onsite collaboration.
• Background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing responsive, personalized support.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text; provide updates and gather information.
• Understand goals and needs; provide information and guidance accordingly.
• Collect and organize client information and documentation; ensure records are complete.
• Maintain detailed client records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate requests from initial contact to completion; keep clients informed.
• Review sensitive information with attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Explain products, processes, requirements, and next steps clearly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with policies and applicable regulations.
• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.
