Mobile Communications America, Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, providing professional support by phone, email, and in person.

The role supports order processing, billing, and account management while collaborating with service, operations, and sales teams to ensure accurate records and timely invoicing.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer operations, sales support, accounts receivable, collections, or a related administrative function.
• Experience supporting customer accounts, billing, accounts receivable, or payment-related processes is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional communication in both spoken and written forms within all levels of the organization is required.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills. Detail-oriented.
• Discretion; able to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately.
• Experience in an office setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors by providing professional and responsive support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vendor information while building positive business relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Supporting order management activities, ensuring customer requests and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing and processing customer invoices and assisting with billing-related activities.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding orders, account information, payments, and billing matters.
• Assisting with payment processing and account follow-up activities to support timely resolution of outstanding balances.
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and routine reports to support daily business operations.
• Collaborating with service, operations, sales, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilizing company systems to manage customer information, account activity, and operational records.
• Contributing to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.]
