Responsibilities

• Launch new customers and onboard to the meal management platform.
• Provide onsite support, resolving user pain points and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Gather, document, and elevate client feedback and operational issues.
• Learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic platform and order-management issues.
• Maintain detail-oriented operations for accuracy and productivity.
• Use communication and collaboration tools to report on issues and progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
