LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Client Delivery Coordinator for part-time weekend work in Midland, TX. The role will act as liaison between client management and LAUNCH, ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing all LAUNCH employees at the client site.

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 8:00am–2:00pm. Salary range $20.00 to $23.00 hourly. This position requires onsite presence and strong organizational and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Proficient computer skills to pull/build reports and manage orders.
• Ability to navigate client VMS software.
• Reliable transportation for site travel and coverage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client management and LAUNCH to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee LAUNCH employees at the client site and coordinate onsite coverage.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and reporting.
• Maintain pre-approved schedules and communicate site needs to contractors.
