Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking upbeat, people-first Part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to be the friendly voice customers hear when placing meal orders. This onsite role requires strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving to ensure exceptional service across the healthcare meal program. Training is provided on-site.

Starting wage is $18.00/hour with Monday–Friday shifts from 10:30am–2:30pm or 1:30pm–5:30pm (20–29 hours/week). 2 weeks of full-time on-site training is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Clear oral communication skills.
• Ability to deescalate situations and resolve customer complaints.
• Experience with company policies and core values.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for meal orders.
• Address questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Input order information into client order screen.
• Document conversations in client information database.
• Ensure clients are contacted and have an order on file.
• Notify case managers by phone, email, or fax for special situations.
