qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Customer Success Manager, you'll help drive our growth in Southern California: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one.

This is a field-based role; you'll spend most of your time on-site with restaurant partners across SoCal rather than at a desk. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Field Operations, or Account Management.
• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder implementations and delivering high-volume customer launches on tight schedules.
• Exceptional in-person and written communication skills with the ability to build immediate trust with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding pipeline for new venues, configuring systems and launching restaurants.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for restaurant partners and drive usage.
• Build high-trust relationships with clients and align stakeholders around goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively address risks to prevent churn.
