The position is onsite, with opportunities to upsell ThompsonGas products, manage daily tasks, and contribute to a fast-paced team focused on growth and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience (Call center preferred).
• Sales experience strongly preferred; ability to upsell products in a competitive environment.
• Experience with CARGAS and MPX systems preferred, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong data-entry and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales and customer support calls with professionalism.
• Provide timely information on order status and resolve customer inquiries including pricing and billing.
• Enter and update customer information in CARGAS and MPX systems.
• Assist with new account setup and documentation; support safety and delivery policies.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and improve the customer experience.
• Support daily driver paperwork and manage routine administrative tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement and special projects as assigned.
