Job summary

ThompsonGas is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Bryson City, NC to handle inbound/outbound calls, support sales, and perform data entry with a high level of customer service.

This onsite role requires a degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in customer service, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of CARGAS/MPX is a plus; benefits include health, 401k, PTO and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Service experience, call center experience preferred.
• Sales experience strongly preferred with upsell ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with data entry and computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support sales and service.
• Address pricing, billing, products, and new account setup inquiries.
• Enter and update customer data in systems.
• Process payments and assist with driver paperwork as needed.
• Maintain professional, friendly customer interactions.
