Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Able to upsell products in a competitive environment.
• Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support sales and service.
• Update and manage customer accounts and data entry.
• Provide accurate information on orders, billing, and product offerings.
• Follow policies and procedures for safety, delivery and service.
• Occasionally handle past-due collections and drive invoicing steps.
