Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education in Business, Industrial Technology, or Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in industry sales, customer service, or a relevant environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and use fractional/decimal metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer care representatives and inside sales team members.
• Drive sales through customer relationships and program initiatives.
• Manage order processing flow at the Service Center front-end.
• Respond to inquiries, escalate issues, and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Support production scheduling and backlogs with Operations.
