Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, service, or hospitality; leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with RealPage, Onesite, ActiveBuilding, Knock or similar PM systems is a plus.
• College preferred; high school diploma required.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Showcase and lease Billingsley Collection homes with enthusiasm.
• Respond promptly to online inquiries and calls; follow up after tours.
• Support customer satisfaction and reputation survey scores.
• Explain apartment options and generate quotes to help decisions.
• Input leasing documents accurately in the resident database.
• Maintain community appearance and welcoming environment.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, and guests.
• Stay informed on property features and market competition.
• Attend required trainings and follow Standards of Excellence.
