Job summary

Careington International, based in Frisco, TX, is seeking energetic Customer Care Agents to join its on-site team. You will handle inbound calls, provide product information, and resolve customer concerns to deliver a positive experience for thousands of clients.

The role requires familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, a Monday–Friday 40-hour schedule, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Onsite role in Frisco, TX with Monday–Friday schedule.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Experience with CRM systems and multi-tasking across software applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus and may qualify for extra pay.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide product information.
• Resolve customer concerns with efficiency and care.
• Document interactions and resolution steps in CRM.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics (quality, AHT, schedule adherence).
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve processes.
