LCI Brand in Mayport, FL is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support customers and assist Customer Service Representatives. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4 PM, with potential variations by store.

You will help manage sales orders, quotes, and communications with customers and vendors to ensure timely service. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, plus basic retail knowledge and proficiency with checkout systems.

Formación

• High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.
• Basic retail knowledge and accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all customer-related matters with a positive demeanor.
• Navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders.
• Communicate with customers and vendors during the sales order process via phone or email.
• Quote on contracts and follow up on quotes.
• Call customers for additional information as needed.
• Ensure sales orders are reconciled with material on hand or on order to maximize sales.
• Coordinate pick up/delivery of orders.
• Maintain a list of customers with email and phone numbers for outreach.
• Assist customer service at checkout when needed to reduce wait times.
• Follow up with customers via surveys to gauge satisfaction.
• Create and email Excel reports as required by management.
