Job summary

LCI Brand in Columbia, SC is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support Customer Service Representatives and handle order processing onsite at Ft. Jackson.

The role requires handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with quotes to drive timely deliveries. You will navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders, communicate with customers and vendors, and assist with price changes and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.
• Basic retail knowledge and familiarity with computerized checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer related matters with a positive demeanor.
• Navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders and coordinate order pickup/delivery.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone or email through the sales order process.
• Assist with quotes on contracts and follow up on quotes.
• Maintain customer lists with emails and phone numbers and follow up to grow business.
• Support checkout counters when needed to reduce customer wait times.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase and track satisfaction.
