You will navigate Axapta to process sales orders, communicate with customers and vendors by phone or email, and help ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least one year relevant experience.
• Basic retail knowledge and accurate checkout operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers, vendors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer related matters with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone or email throughout the sales order process.
• Coordinate pick up and delivery of orders.
• Follow up with customers to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Create and maintain reports tracking orders and budget impact.
