Job summary

LCI is hiring a Customer Care Coordinator in Mayport, FL. You will provide support to Customer Service Representatives, handle sales orders in AXAPTA, and communicate with customers and vendors by phone or email. You will also quote on contracts, track orders, and assist at checkout when needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.
• Basic retail knowledge and accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
• Interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer related matters and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone or email throughout the sales order process.
• Quote on contracts and follow up on quotes.
• Reconcile sales orders with on-hand or on-order material to maximize sales.
• Coordinate pick up/delivery of orders and maintain customer contact lists.
• Assist at checkout counters and respond to daily price changes.
• Create and modify Excel reports as required by management.
