Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Concord, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat on an onsite basis. The CSR will manage applications, assist with eligibility, and maintain CRM records while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with bilingual language support as a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese or Tagalog).

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and speaking skills.
• Ability to provide prompt and timely service.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and empathy for customers.
• Ability to work in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible eight-hour shift 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
• Ability to read and comprehend standard instructions and memos.
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Review applications for eligibility and process accordingly.
• Enter applications into CRM and upload verification documents.
• Provide language support using approved services for non-English customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activity and outcomes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products, services and policies.
• Promote and educate customers on self-service options.
• Resolve issues and follow up to maintain satisfaction.
