Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer support or sales coordination experience.
• Preferred: Previous call center experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests.
• Process pick-up requests and assist with delivery routing and transportation questions.
• Handle will-call orders.
• Provide customers with invoice copies.
• Process credits and adjustments.
• Maintain and update call lists.
• Monitor orders prior to daily cut-off times.
• Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers.
• Coordinate same-day deliveries for the operating company (OPCO).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
