Job summary

Southern California Gas Company is seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in English and Cantonese, Korean, or Mandarin. The role focuses on handling a wide range of customer inquiries in a fast-paced center.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of customer service experience, strong listening skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a safety and quality mindset. Training will be provided to support growth within the department.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience required.
• Fluent in English and one of Cantonese, Korean, or Mandarin.
• Able to operate a computer and peripheral equipment.
• Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License (if applicable).
• Pass pre-qualification exam and clerical tests.

Responsibilities
