DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician in Arlington, VA to diagnose, repair, and maintain office copiers and printers. You’ll install equipment at customer sites, perform maintenance calls, and ensure high-quality service with clear communication.

A hands-on problem solver with strong customer service will thrive in this fast-paced environment. Training is available for relevant backgrounds; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to service a territory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls.
• Install and configure equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer support during onsite visits.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates clearly.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
