DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain office technology at customer sites. You’ll work hands-on with copiers, printers, and multifunction devices, delivering dependable service and strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
• Customer service and communication abilities essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer and networking knowledge useful.
• Manufacturer certifications not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment, including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support during onsite visits.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates clearly.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
• Work independently while remaining connected to a supportive service team.
• Continue developing your knowledge of office technology and service procedures.
