The candidate will operate high-volume copy machines, manage scanners, and handle various office equipment while maintaining records and ensuring copier area cleanliness. The position requires attention to detail, basic MS Office skills, and prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
• Manage high-volume scanners and utilize image handling software.
• Ensure convenience copiers are functioning properly through daily inspections.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies.
• Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to designated points.
• Respond to service calls and coordinate with customers regarding job requests.
• Perform filing duties and deliver completed jobs to specified locations.
• Maintain daily meter and service logs, and assist with shipping and receiving materials.
• Utilize various office equipment, including calculators, fax machines, and postage meters.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in copier areas.
