Roers Companies in Bozeman, MT is seeking an energetic Construction Superintendent to lead onsite teams on multifamily building projects from start to finish. You will plan all on-site construction activities, oversee schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely, safe delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years of onsite supervision, strong knowledge of building codes and ADA, and hands-on experience with precast, wood

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of onsite supervision in multifamily residential construction.
• Knowledge of current building codes and ADA laws.
• Experience with site construction, precast, wood framing, MEP trades, and interior finishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite teams and supervise construction from start to finish.
• Coordinate project schedules and sequences with internal and external teams.
• Forecast resources (manpower, equipment and materials) within budget constraints.
• Plan all onsite operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Ensure health and safety standards and report issues.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and safety precautions.
• Use scheduling software to update schedules and document progression.
• Coordinate subcontractors and perform quality control and safety checks.
