Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking an energetic Construction Superintendent to lead onsite teams across multifamily projects from start to finish. You will oversee and plan all on-site activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.

You will manage schedules, resources, and compliance with codes while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining daily logs. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ownership mindset within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of onsite supervision experience in multifamily residential new building construction.
• Knowledge of current building codes and ADA laws.
• Experience with site construction, precast, wood framing, MEP trades, and interior finishes.
• Demonstrated understanding of multifamily construction means and methods.
• Experience in alternative building methods and value engineering.
• Microsoft Project scheduling software.
• Bluebeam/Procore exposure and proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate project schedules and sequence.
• Forecast needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) with budget awareness.
• Plan all on site construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for management and authorities.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors and perform quality control and safety checks.
• Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations and report to management.
• Provide value engineering options to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
