Job summary

Roers Companies seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site teams and supervise multifamily projects from start to finish in Plymouth, Minnesota. You will plan and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external teams, resource forecasting, and adherence to schedules and budgets to deliver high-quality homes for tenants and buyers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5-10 years of related experience.
• 5+ years of onsite supervision experience in multifamily residential new building construction.
• Knowledge of current building codes and ADA laws.
• Experience with site construction, precast, wood framing, MEP trades, and interior finishes.
• Microsoft Project scheduling software, Procore, Bluebeam familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate project schedules and sequence.
• Forecast needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with budget awareness.
• Plan all on-site construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for internal and third-party authorities.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
• Maintain on-site documentation and progress tracking to support timely delivery.
