Job summary

Roers Companies in Austin, TX is seeking a Construction General Superintendent to lead the construction of large-scale multifamily projects from ground up. The role involves coordinating subtrades, inspecting sites, reading architectural, structural, MEP drawings, and ensuring safety standards are met.

You will manage design professionals, subcontractors, and project managers, enforce schedules, and maintain detailed reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in large scale multifamily or commercial ground up construction.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of all construction subtrades in conjunction with the main office.
• Arrange and be present for agency inspections.
• Review drawings and specifications for multiple disciplines.
• Prepare daily reports and progress photos.
• Enforce job site safety standards.
