Job summary

Roundhouse Communities LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent for multifamily projects in the Boise area. You will oversee field operations, manage the onsite team, and ensure safe, on-time delivery from groundbreaking to final walk.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and effective communication with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain quality and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing field operations on large-scale multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment for efficient execution.
• Lead foremen, subcontractors, and onsite personnel to keep teams productive and performing.
• Maintain master schedules and look-aheads to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols across the site.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure design intent.
• Manage procurement planning and material logistics for timely delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for cost and quality benefits.
• Communicate updates between field staff, project management, and stakeholders.
