Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in multifamily site supervision.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (I-9 compliance).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Superintendent in delivering the project on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and maintain the project schedule.
• Monitor work pace and quality; prepare status reports.

Skills

Experience in multifamily construction projects

Strong collaboration with subcontractors

Full lifecycle project management

Education

4-year degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience
