Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking an energetic Construction Assistant Superintendent to coordinate onsite teams under the Superintendent. You will assist with scheduling, logistics, inspections, material distribution, plan review, and subcontractor coordination.

Requirements include a BS in Construction Management (or related field preferred) or a GED with 1–3 years of related experience, and 1–3 years of on-site multifamily construction experience. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years related experience.
• 1-3 years of on-site construction experience in multifamily residential new building construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and sequence with internal and external teams.
• Assist in all site construction operations and scheduling of intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate progress and prepare daily job logs as required.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors, perform quality control and provide on-site direction.
• Maintain relations with city officials, owners, personnel, and subcontracted trades and suppliers.
• Assist in site prep for leasing and marketing teams to promote timely delivery.
