Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking an energetic General Superintendent to lead large-scale multifamily construction in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate subtrades, review drawings, manage inspections, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management and 7+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication, leadership, and project-scheduling skills. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

BS Degree in Construction Management or related field.
7+ years of experience in large-scale multifamily or commercial ground-up construction.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and drawings.
Strong communication with management, subs, architects, vendors, and clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the work of all construction subtrades with the main office.
Arrange, monitor and be present for agency inspections.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and landscape drawings and specs.
Review shop drawings and reports from testing/inspection agencies.
Prepare daily reports and progress photos.
Enforce job site safety standards.
Engage design professionals and subcontractors to problem-solve and resolve disputes.
