Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent II to oversee Job Order Contracting projects for the United States Postal Service.

This role requires coordinating daily field activities, onsite representation, and ensuring safety and performance in occupied facilities across multiple markets. The ideal candidate brings strong construction leadership, ability to manage multiple small to mid-size projects, and experience with coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction, renovation, repair, or facility improvement projects.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting, federal construction, government facilities, postal facilities, or similar task-order programs preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, scopes of work, and other technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily onsite construction activities for Job Order Contracting projects.
• Serve as Weston’s onsite representative and communicate with program/project managers and clients.
• Support safe, efficient execution of renovation and maintenance work in active facilities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, deliveries, and field activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and quality against contract requirements.
• Prepare and review field reports, logs, safety documentation, and as-built information.
