Job summary

Weston Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent II to support Job Order Contracting projects for the USPS. You will oversee daily field activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely and per contract documents in active facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination across stakeholders, and ability to manage multiple projects in occupied environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction, renovation, or facility improvement projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, trades, vendors, deliveries, and work activities.
• Strong reading of construction plans, specs, and scopes of work.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily onsite construction activities for Job Order Contracting projects.
• Serve as Weston’s onsite representative and communicate with managers, client reps, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support safe execution of renovations and repairs in active facilities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Prepare daily field logs, safety documentation, and as-built information.
