Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent II to oversee Job Order Contracting projects for the USPS. You will lead on-site activities in active facilities, coordinating with the Program Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and facility representatives.

This role requires strong field leadership, the ability to manage multiple small to medium projects, and a commitment to safety and quality. Travel within assigned markets may be required as projects are awarded.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising commercial construction, renovation or maintenance work.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subs, trades and deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and field quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities for JOC projects.
• Serve as Weston’s onsite representative and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support work in active, occupied facilities with focus on safety and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractor staffing, sequencing, and deliveries.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules and monitor progress.
