KLA Industries in Monroe/Charlotte, NC, seeks a Project Manager - Superintendent to lead on-site construction of semi‑custom homes. You will oversee 8–10 projects, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and manage budget, safety, and scheduling from design through CO.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (preferably On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building).
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 simultaneously) with average home prices up to $525-625k.
• 4+ years proven track record in operations & project leadership in new construction.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage construction site from design/precon through contracts, safety and scheduling through CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
