Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Project Manager, Construction in Houston to independently lead moderate to large capital projects. You will own budgets and schedules while coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors to meet timelines, costs, and Lincoln's quality standards.

You will oversee contracts, permitting, and AHJ processes, conduct site visits for safety and quality, and drive project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• 5+ years managing commercial construction or tenant improvement projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, budgets, schedules, and codes.
• Vendor/contractor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Proficient with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Function as primary contact for owners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules with status reporting.
• Select and manage architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Review contracts, bids, and change orders to align with budget.
• Oversee document review, permitting, and AHJ approvals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, schedule, and safety.
• Manage pay applications, invoicing, and project accounting.
• Identify and resolve project risks, escalating as needed.
• Lead project closeout with punch lists and warranties.
