Job summary

You will work with clients, design consultants and contractors to ensure on-time delivery within budget, while managing contracts and keeping stakeholders informed.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and solid knowledge of budgeting and project controls, with experience in Procore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of related experience; commercial construction preferred.
• Degree in construction management, architecture or engineering preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) and Procore.
• Excellent communication, customer service, dependability and teamwork.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Budgeting, cost tracking and invoice review experience.
• Knowledge of construction/building design across disciplines.
• Prior project and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct activities on various construction projects.
• Establish objectives, procedures and performance standards per policy and contract.
• Coordinate liaison with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor and control project to meet schedule and budget.
• Represent company in meetings and strategy sessions.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect interests.
• Interpret plans and contract terms for staff and clients.
• Prepare reports on progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Review and approve project costs and invoices with accounting.
• May requisition supplies and materials to complete projects.
